My name is Candice. I am a certified Health Coach and Co-active Life Coach with over a decade of experience in the coaching and fitness industry. Prior to our move to Thailand I owned and operated a strength and conditioning facility with my husband and ran my coaching business in Dubai, UAE.

With a diverse background in health, wellness and lifestyle coaching, as well as extensive fitness experience I have brought my love of all things human development to The Wellness Collective.

Here in Hua Hin, as well as online and office based service we have a world class, eleiko-equipped strength and conditioning facility near Pranburi.

Currently I am offering with Health & Life Coaching Services, with Personal Fitness Training & Group Classes coming soon.

Private Health Coaching

Are you looking to retake control of your health and wellness? Working with a health coach is a wonderful opportunity to learn, as well as receive personalised support for your nutrition, fitness and lifestyle goals. As a health coach I believe in the bio-individual need of every client I work with - there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ and my approach reflect that!

Private Health Coaching is for you if:

Private Coaching is a commitment. We will meet every 1-2 weeks for 3 or 6 months

Group Health Coaching

There is something truly magical about like-minded community. Group coaching offers the same focus on health and wellness, and adds the camaraderie and support of a small group. With a carefully curated balance of collective focus for individual needs, we dive into all things health, nutrition, fitness, sleep and lifestyle. The intimacy of shared experience and the group accountability ensure you never feel alone on the journey to achieving your goals.

Group Health Coaching is for you if:

• You are ready to take ownership of your health and wellness goals

• You want to the support and accountability of a small group

• You thrive in a collaborative environment

Group coaching opens subject to demand with the next group starting in July. Groups are limited to 8 people and will meet every week of 12 weeks.
